The Finalists of Binibining Pilipinas 2011 has been presented to the press and public. My bet is the former Deal or No deal 26K girl Martha Chloe McCulley. Before she became a 26K girl she worked as OJT for Star Studio Magazine. She is a friend of my friends in that magazine. According to them she really worked hard to gain her present figure. Her waistline before was 31 now she only measures 26.
